 After your J Kent Screening, we search for companies and positions that align with your experience, education, skills, and motivation.
Your flexibility, availability and career strategy must also be considered.

 If the requirements are met, J Kent will present your background, skills and abilities, test results and other information as requested to our Client. The final determination to interview the J Kent Candidate rests with the Client. References are checked at the Client's direction.

 Once the interview is confirmed, we prepare you for the interview process with management. We educate you about our Client's background, products or services. We review the position's essential functions, duties and responsibilities (EFDR). We coach, guide and mentor you through the entire interview process.

 If you are selected for the position, a job offer is made to your J Kent Staffing Consultant who in turn will offer the position's terms and conditions to you. If you accept, the acceptance is confirmed with J Kent's Client by the Staffing Consultant.


A Statement of Employment Acceptance is signed by you before starting your employment with your new company.
