
If a company cannot make you their employee, they can still utilize your talents. You can suggest that they payroll you through J Kent. Here's how the process works:

The company can recommend you, your pay rate, and any special compensation factor they wish.

After your J Kent Screening, if you meet specific assignment requirements, a job offer to work for J Kent Staffing may be made to you by your J Kent Staffing Supervisor.

If you accept J Kent's job offer, including assignment terms, conditions, and the Client's recommended hourly pay rate to J Kent, you will then be assigned to work at the offices of our Client. Our Employee Handbook is available for your reference.

Your direct supervisor is your J Kent Staffing Supervisor. You are paid weekly by J Kent.

At any time during the assignment, if our Client determines to make you a job offer, the terms and conditions of the employment offer are made to you through your J Kent Staffing Supervisor. If you accept the offer you will transfer from J Kent's payroll to our Client's payroll.
