We start with J Kent Strategy. It's an intensive process that allows us to understand your company, management, and the assignment.

We establish and confirm an hourly bill rate based on the skills, education and background you have ordered.

We assign a J Kent Employee in accordance to the Timesheet Agreement for Temporary Staffing transfer fees, terms and conditions.

We pay our employees weekly and our invoices are due upon receipt.

At any time during the assignment, if you wish to hire our employee and if our employee accepts your position, a transfer fee is due. See Temp-to-Hire Transfer Fee Schedule. You are now the Employer of Record.
