
J Kent's Temp-to-Hire program offers an excellent opportunity to preview a J Kent Candidate's background, experience, computer skills, and work performance. It's also an excellent way to assess attitude, motivation and fit across position and culture. Here's the process:

We start with J Kent Strategy. It's an intensive process that allows us to understand your company, management, position, and search methods.

We present and send qualified Candidates for you to interview according to the Timesheet Agreement for Temporary Staffing.

You identify and select the best J Kent Candidate; references are checked at your direction.

J Kent is responsible for offering the Candidate the position to include assignment terms, conditions, and hourly pay rate based on the annual salary of the potential full-time position.

You are billed at an hourly rate for our staff during the temp-to-hire period.

When you are ready to hire our employee and if our employee accepts your position, a transfer fee may be due. See Temp-to-Hire Transfer Fee Schedule. You are now the Employer of Record.
