When you accept employment with J. Kent Staffing our clients expect our staff to complete the assignment commitment. Training has been provided and many of the assignments are critical to our client’s success in meeting a deadline or managing a workload.
Please keep in mind that to find a qualified replacement for you, and to re-train a new employee, you must give adequate notice. Therefore, if you are not able to fulfill your assignment commitment, to facilitate a smooth transition for our client, the following is J. Kent Staffing’s Notice Policy:
If the Assignment is…
- less than 2 weeks, then a minimum of 2 business days of notice is required.
- between 2 weeks to 2 months, then a minimum of 1 week of notice is required.
- over 2 months or indefinite including Temp-to-Hire positions, then a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required.
Failure to comply with J. Kent’s Notice Requirement Policy may result in your ineligibility for rehire.
