Notice Requirements For Ending Assignments

Short-Term Assignments, 2 Days Notice

Short-term Assignments are 10 business days or less. If you are not able to fulfill your short-term Assignment commitment, J. Kent requires a minimum of 2 days notice to obtain a suitable replacement for you.

Long-Term Assignments, 1 Week Notice

Long-term Assignments are more than 10 days in length. If you are not able to fulfill your long-term Assignment commitment, J. Kent requires a minimum of 1 week notice to obtain a qualified replacement for you.

Indefinite Assignments, 2 Weeks Notice

Indefinite Assignments have no predetermined end date though typically extend over a period of time greater than 3 months. Because of the length of this type of Assignment, it is critical to be able to provide ongoing support to our Clients. Therefore, if you are not able to fulfill your indefinite Assignment, J. Kent requires a minimum of 2 weeks notice to obtain a qualified replacement for you.
