Employee Center - Notice Requirement Policy

When you accept employment with J. Kent Staffing our clients expect our staff to complete the assignment commitment.  Training has been provided and many of the assignments are critical to our client’s success in meeting a deadline or managing a workload. 
 

Please keep in mind that to find a qualified replacement for you, and to re-train a new employee, it is very important that you give adequate notice. Therefore, if you are not able to fulfill your assignment commitment, in order to facilitate a smooth transition for our client, the following is J. Kent Staffing’s Notice Policy:

Notice received from you by J. Kent Staffing will be documented in your personnel file.
