Bright, upbeat and personable Staff Accountant presents with 2 years' public accounting tax and accounting experience, including QuickBooks and payroll experience. Possesses a BS in Accounting and has passed the first part of the CPA exam. Has been working for a small CPA firm reporting directly to the partner, and is responsible for monthly bookkeeping for 13 clients and 26 quarterly clients. Is preparing financial statements, reviewing the other accountant’s work and is responsible for completing tax returns. Clients are in retail, construction, manufacturing and professional practices (doctors, lawyers, etc.).
