Experience providing full administrative support to an office and executives including managing correspondence, preparing reports and spreadsheets, arranging conferences, organizing meetings and events, coordinating all travel, and processing expense reports and invoices. Experience ensuring machinery is in compliance with federal mandates, processing and recording all bid documents, researching for projects, and assisting in the development of new plans.
