Commercial Credit Analyst
Commercial Credit Analysts work for financial institutions and provide in-depth analysis of commercial loan requests. Commercial Credit Analysts develop financial profiles for each business by researching credit history, and comparing the business’s cash and other liquid assets to its debts. They review a potential borrower’s operating data and credit score, and then calculate the risks associated with granting loans and extending lines of credit.
Commercial Credit Analysts generally require a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent professional experience. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
