Credit & Collections Specialist

Credit & Collections Specialists track billing, and begin the process of notifying clients or customers if fees for products or services rendered are not received by the date due.  Credit & Collections Specialists have very similar duties to a Credit & Collections Manager, but perform their work under the supervision of the Manager.  Credit & Collections Specialists require strong math skills, excellent customer service abilities, and generally have at least a high school diploma.
