Real Estate Directors and Vice Presidents oversee the identification, underwriting, and development of all real estate related activities. They assist with strategic planning, site selection, finance, and due diligence. Real Estate Directors and Vice Presidents research and analyze real estate property values for individuals and companies. They analyze demographic data, and utilize basic construction principles to create successful real estate strategies.
Vice Presidents and Directors of Real Estate are required to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, but are preferred to have a Master’s. 7-10 years of experience in real estate, development, or finance is required.
