Family Office Manager

The Family Office Manager directly reports to the CEO in a larger office, or the Major Principal(s) in a smaller sized office. The Family Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Single Family Office.
Requirements
Education/Certifications/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is strongly preferred

Certifications in Office Management (COM) or Human Resources (CHRP) preferred

7-10+ years’ experience in office management

Prior experience in an SFO environment a strong plus
Computer Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Focuses on the SFO running as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Manages HR functions directly or in coordination with an outsourced firm
- Serves as the conduit for the family and in-house staff and assists with coordinating outsourced professionals
- Coordinates business and personal services, in conjunction with the executive assistant, for the family
Compensation – Corporate Type Benefit Package, Perks
This position can range from $75,000 - $150,000.
