Family Security Director

Position Overview
The Family Security Director reports directly to the Major Principal(s).  This individual’s primary responsibility is to manage and mitigate risks to the family and its residence, business, and technological systems.
 
Requirements
 
Education/Certifications/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Police Science, Public Security, Law Enforcement, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Certified Security Professionals (CSP) preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in law enforcement, military service, or security-related profession
  • Prior experience in an SFO environment a strong plus
Computer Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of basic security and fire inspection procedures
  • Superlative observational and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of latest security systems and equipment
 
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
  • Manages and mitigates family residence, business, cyber and outside activity risks
  • Oversees security measures within the SFO, including office, technology security and family safety
 
Compensation – Corporate Type Benefit Package, Perks
This position can range from $100,000 - $200,000.
