Real Estate Broker - Commercial

Alternate Titles: Broker, Real Estate Broker, Associate Broker, Realtor, Broker Associate, Real Estate Sales Associate, Real Estate Agent, Office Administrator, Office Manager, Real Estate Associate

Commercial Real Estate Brokers oversee real estate transactions in a commercial real estate firm.  Other duties usually include selling commercial real estate, renting commercial properties, and arranging loans.

Commercial Real Estate Brokers obtain agreement from property owners to place properties for sale with real estate firms, and then monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms.  They compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price, and then generate descriptive, detailed lists of properties for sale.  Commercial Real Estate Brokers act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales.  They appraise property values, assessing income potential, and arrange for financing of property purchases.
