Stockholder / Client Service Representative

Stockholder / Client Service Representatives are responsible for assisting stockholders and clients with inquiries regarding their accounts. They also process on-line transactions including investments and redemptions, assist with account maintenance, and establish new accounts. Stockholder / Client Service Representatives follow up with clients on requests, help identify solutions to problems encountered, and make referrals as necessary.
Previous experience providing customer service is strongly preferred, as is a financial services or insurance background. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
