Contingency Recruiting (Search)

Refers to senior-level recruitment or executive-level searches most likely undertaken by an executive search firm. The executive search firm takes responsibility for the initial recruiting, screening and interviewing with payment of all (or most) of the fee contingent on the hiring of a referred candidate into a traditional employment role.
