When companies start growing, owners often get stretched in many different directions and start spending much of their time on operations and less time on those efforts necessary to foster continued growth.
Our client, a Denver based nonprofit firm focused on public policy research and strategy, hired Taryn, a CU-Denver BSBA/Accounting graduate to take on those day-to-day operational tasks, freeing up the principal’s time to connect with clients and outreach to new prospects. Taryn is now thriving in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment, responsible for managing the firm’s accounting, budgeting/forecasting, human resources, project management, vendor management and staff supervision.
