Compliance Analyst

Compliance Analysts monitor assigned programs to ensure compliance with internal and external rules, regulations, policies, and laws. They plan and coordinate operational activities, and review and analyze relevant company reports to identify suspicious or unusual activity. Compliance Analysts provide guidance on regulatory matters, and participate in compliance reviews, trainings, and projects.

Compliance Analysts require at least a Bachelor’s degree, though Master’s degrees are often preferred. Prior experience with audits, compliance, financial service operations, or regulator affairs is also required.
