How To Start The Process With Us

To get started with J. Kent Staffing, we encourage you to Register (Step 1) so that our Recruiting Team can review your application and resume (Step 2). Once you are in our Candidate Database, you may be contacted by a J. Kent Team Member to begin the interview process, and you will start receiving occasional emails about available positions and with relevant articles and tips to help you with your job search.

Not all Candidate Registrations proceed to Steps 3, 4, and 5 as outlined below. It is our goal to help as many qualified, top-tier Candidates as possible, but we cannot help all Job Seekers find a job. Our searches at any point in time vary based on the hiring and staffing needs of our diverse array of Corporate Clients.

Candidate Registration – upload Resume, complete Application (expand and complete each section), create Login

Step 2

Application and Resume Review – every Registration is reviewed by a J. Kent Team Member

Step 3

Pre-Screen Telephone Interview – you may be contacted by a J. Kent Team Member for an initial pre-screening interview

Step 4

In-Person, In-Depth Interview – you may be invited into our Denver office for a comprehensive interview with a J. Kent Recruiter

Step 5

You are now Eligible to be Considered for Applicable J. Kent Employment Opportunities
