You or J. Kent can terminate your J. Kent Employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Your J Kent Employment is At-Will, which means that, in the absolute discretion either of J. Kent or yourself, your eligibility to be considered for or to receive any Employment Opportunity or your J. Kent Employment may be terminated by you or J. Kent for any reason, with or without cause, at any time, with or without prior notice (“At-Will Status”).
No officer, shareholder, director, employee, contractor, representative or agent of J. Kent (individually or collectively “Company Representative”) nor any Client has any authority to give any oral or written assurance that will change your At-Will Status nor may you imply any change in your At-Will Status based upon any conduct or custom of any Company Representative or any Client. Nor does any Company Representative or any Client have the authority to make any other representation about any other term or condition of your J. Kent Employment (“Employment Representation”) nor may you imply any Employment Representation based upon any custom or conduct of any Company Representative or any Client.
Employee Handbook is Subject to Change
This Employee Handbook is subject to change as situations warrant and may be superseded, modified or eliminated unilaterally, at any time, in the absolute discretion of J. Kent.
This Replaces All Prior Employee Handbooks
This Employee Handbook replaces all prior Employee Handbooks of J. Kent.
