Executive Assistant - Family Office

The Family Office Executive Assistant reports directly to a Major Principal or a senior Single Family Office employee, depending on the needs of the SFO. This individual is primarily responsible for coordinating household management and personal household staffing needs.
Requirements
Education/Certifications/Experience

Bachelor’s degree is required

Professional certifications, such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), are preferred

5+ years’ “C-Level” experience (i.e. COB, CEO, CFO, COO, SVP)
Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- May act as the primary person coordinating household management and personal household staffing needs
- May manage multiple personal matters such as medical information, insurance, family vehicles, child care, and collectibles
- May be the primary conduit to the family leader for personal appointments, calendar management and children’s needs
Compensation – Corporate Type Benefit Package, Perks
This position can range from $65,000 - $135,000.
