All 4 years of work experience were directly in administrative roles. Experience digitizing filing systems, inputting invoices into QuickBooks, placing weekly orders, receiving and sorting mail, approving staff expense reports, managing company voicemail logs, assisting with various administrative duties including copying, filing, and creating packets, and reaching out to clients and customers via phone and email. Experience working in both the nonprofit and education sectors. Exceptional organizational skills with a personable, pleasant personality.
