Kent Candidate presents with 4 years of public accounting experience and 8 years of private industry.  Most recently was VP of Financial Reporting for a $90 million international entertainment and hospitality company.  Responsible for preparation of all external financial reporting requirements, including SEC filings and compliance with Regulations S-K, S-X and FD.  Internal reporting included quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts; month end closings and consolidations.
