Continuing Education Managers plan, implement, and direct continuing education courses or services in an organization.  They ensure that organizational members get the professional education that is required of them.  They oversee the policies and procedures regulating continuing education.  They are responsible for developing annual budgets, approving daily operational expenditures, and managing program income and expenses.  Continuing Education Managers may also help to coordinate programs as needed, engaging in scheduling, hiring, evaluation, and program development.
