Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (“HFWA”) – Accrued Paid Leave:
HFWA became law on Jan. 1, 2021. Under HFWA, all Colorado employers must provide paid accrued leave to their employees. The following link from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment provides a detailed description of this paid leave.
