Graduated from Pittsburg State University with a BA in Elementary Education, working student teaching jobs alongside coursework. 8 year’s experience in customer service roles and administrative roles. 4 years’ experience in Administrative Assistant role that directly deals with accounting work alongside front desk work. Experience providing excellent customer service, answering and responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner, reconciling financial statements for multiple companies, reconciling accounts payable transactions, processing bank deposits, preparing, sending and storing invoices, and processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll using QuickBooks. Direct experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, all done using QuickBooks. Pleasant and professional demeanor with positive attitude.
