Experienced Business Manager has a wide range of skills including providing administrative assistance to executives in a CPA firm, office management, bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, collections, billing, and human resources management. Also has escrow assistant experience, preparation of mortgage paperwork and liens with check-signing privileges of up to $2 million. Full-charge accounting responsibilities for $34 million company to include monthly reconciliations, quarterly reports, managing cash operations and preparation of monthly financial statements. HR experience includes new employee orientations/on-boarding, administration of all employee health benefits, 401k, LOA, and Section 125.
