Experience preparing records and documentation including operational and financial records, analyzing those records and preparing reports based on that analysis, managing onsite payroll and accounts payable for 300 staff members, overseeing the hiring process of all new staff, tracking, logging and maintaining project files, reviewing and interpreting contracts, union agreements and agency requirements, and assisting and maintaining job site compliance. Types 55 WPM. Skilled in MS Office Suite, HCM (SAP), Concur and SharePoint.
