Originally from Oregon, completed BS in Sociology with concentration in Substance Abuse Prevention and minor in Non-Profit from the University of Oregon. Then moved to Phoenix, Arizona to pursue a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management as well as a Graduate Mediation Certificate from the University of Phoenix. Came to Denver to pursue a job in healthcare for a leading eligibility and enrollment services company where role included responsibility of interviewing, hiring and training new employees. Then worked as a Recruiter and developed comprehensive full cycle recruitment strategy for company via direct sourcing and participated in job fairs and community activities.
