Graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a BS in Business Management. 17 years’ experience in various roles with 14 years’ direct experience working in Executive Assistant roles. Experience working as a Bookkeeper, Personal Assistant and Office Manager alongside Executive Assistant duties. Experience composing and preparing all correspondence, organizing executives’ calenders and scheduling all internal and external meetings, preparing agendas for meetings and taking minutes, receiving, monitoring and screening all incoming communications via email and phone, drafting monthly variance reports, preparing vendor invoices, preparing property budgets, and assisting with accounts payables. Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Skilled in Yardi, QuickBooks, CoStar, MS Office Suite, MRI and Project Access.
