Candidate holds a BA in Business Administration – Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Worked for 7 years as an Accountant and then Accounting Supervisor for a cruise line. Reached the ceiling of that company with degree, so decided to try something new. Went into the real estate industry for 9 years before the economy turned for the worse. Went back into Accounting for a CPA firm – doing both personal and small business accounting. Took a brief position with a CPA/Individual Tax firm prior to moving out of the tax industry and into finance. Most recent position was with a data analytics company that assess loan risks for banks. Currently looking for data/finance analysis positions, also open to Senior Accountant roles outside of the tax world.
