Candidate Profile

Pennsylvania native relocated to Denver and is seeking a new role in the Denver area as an HR Generalist. Graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in Political Science and a Minor in History. 12 years’ experience in roles ranging from Human Resources Representative to Human Resources Service Associate. Experience working in the education sector, the insurance sector, and the healthcare sector. Experience in employee relations, data management, program management, recruitment and retention practices, and onboarding new hires. Experience working in conjunction with payroll and benefits departments, processing ADA, FMLA, I-9 audits and immigration visa management, coordinating the implementation of new processes and procedures, troubleshooting HRIS issues, managing all internal HR including onboarding and benefits enrollment, screening new employees, interviewing potential employees, facilitating all new hire orientation, and handling various administrative tasks as required. Strong volunteer experience conducted in free time. Skilled in MS Office Suite. Available to work immediately upon hire.
