Candidate presents with a BA in Occupational Management – Human Resources from Colorado Christian University. Pursued this degree while working full time. First career was in mental health support for youth struggling with addiction, eating disorders, and suicide. Continued to do this on a part time basis when career in HR started. First worked as an HR Generalist for a custom chair cover company doing full cycle recruiting, payroll, training, and employee relations. When that company relocated took a position with a skilled nursing home group as an HR Associate/Accounts Payable Specialist. Position involved full cycle HR functions on top of handling all A/P for the company. Is looking for a solely HR focused position since that is where candidates passion lies.
