After starting a career in Social Work, quickly realized it was not the right fit. Transitioned into HR Recruiting roles first with a Staffing Company, and then current role within an Aviation company. Began in a Talent Management role and was promoted to current Benefits role after 7 months. Seeking a Generalist role to expand knowledge based within HR and have a greater impact.
