HR Generalist - Denver, CO

Candidate Profile

HR professional with an associates in architecture and design, currently pursuing BA in Business Administration seeks new HR generalist opportunity with a mid to large size organization. Worked for 6 years as a general manager for a small coffee shop in downtown denver. Was contracted to work as a HR specialist handling payroll, onboarding, and compliance for about a year and half. Took a position as a tier 1 HR specialist for HR shared services with Comcast handling 40-60 HR cases per day ranging from payroll, benefits, and recruitment issues. Moved into a Generalist role with a smaller start up company, and was tasked with creating processes and software. Transitioned that company to ADP prior to leaving the company after 9 months. Most recently worked on a contract position as a HR Business Partner for a medium size maintenance company. This role was more focused on the recruitment process, training and development, as well as payroll.
