This Colorado native graduated from University of Colorado – Colorado Springs in June, 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, focus in human resources. Worked full-time throughout college in a national, high-end retail food organization, progressing to District General Manager, in charge of all new store openings. Segued out of retail into a 250 employee manufacturing firm. As the sole HR employee, was solely responsible for all HR functions to include benefits, payroll administration, candidate recruitment, conflict resolution, performance appraisals, compensation, employee engagement and retention. Well versed in all HR laws and regulations: OSHA, EEO, FLSA, FMLS, COBRA, HIPAA. Served as liaison between employees and management, while collaborating with management to align business goals with HR objectives.
