Highly educated with a BS in Business Management from Miami University and a MS in HR Management from Purdue University (3.6 GPA). 10 years of HR experience includes benefits and payroll administration, HR analyst, HRIS systems administration and, most recently, was HR Data Administrator for a large financial services company in Connecticut where she also played a major role with the implementation of a new applicant tracking system. Relocated with her family to Colorado in 2012 and is seeking to further her outstanding career in human resources.
