Throughout 4 years of college, this J. Kent Candidate worked part-time at a law office as an administrative assistant/billing clerk and since graduating, has worked in a large HR department that supports the employees and HR processes in over 30 retail stores. Responsibilities include managing new hire paperwork (I9’s, W4’s, background checks, drug screenings), coordinating new hire/benefit orientations and training meetings. Assisted with placing recruiting ads and pre-screening applicants and provided administrative support to senior HR executives in the department. Eager to continue learning and growing in the HR arena.
