Experience supporting and configuring all IT systems and services, being responsible for designing, scheduling and executing all IT projects, developing reporting functions to analyze data for leveraging business opportunities, negotiating and managing all IT vendors, contracts and licenses, managing virtual servers for internal and remote end-user computers, organizing and running all employee team meetings and performance reviews, and managing all project timelines, lifecycles and reporting functions. Experience working IT in-house and working for an IT company. Well-versed in middleware business applications around EDI, ECI, and CRM. Skilled in using and supporting Windows Server and Windows Desktop OS up through version 10. Ready to work immediately.
