Kent Candidate has had sole responsibility for all HR and Payroll functions for up to 300 employees.  Excellent tenure in a 20 year career, working for 4 companies with outstanding references.  ADP multi-state payroll experience for both salaried and hourly employees.  Instrumental in orchestrating the successful execution of 2 payroll conversions.  In depth knowledge of all benefits programs: medical, dental, vision, life/LTD/STD, 401k, cafeteria plans.
