Arrival Notification
- On the first day of a new assignment (not subsequent days), you are required to notify your J. Kent Staffing Manager of your arrival via call/text/email as soon as possible upon arriving, but no later than 15 minutes after your shift start time.
- In order to not have to interrupt your training, we recommend that you give your Arrival Notification just before you walk into your assignment.

Unscheduled Absences
- If you are unable to report to work for your scheduled shift, you must notify your J. Kent Staffing Manager (not your Client Supervisor)* as soon as possible via call/text/email, but no later than one hour before your scheduled shift time, so that we have time to find a replacement for you, if needed.
- In your call/text/email you must state the reason for your absence, and expected date which you will be able to return to work.
- If you are unable to return to work on the date that you expected, you are required to give a daily update to your J. Kent Staffing Manager, so that we can be in communication with our Client.

- Our Client is counting on you to be at work every day, and so are we. Excessive unscheduled absences may be cause for removal from assignment and/or termination from J. Kent Staffing.
