J. Kent Staffing started two new employees in March 2024 for our client’s Department of Operational Excellence. This cutting-edge department in this international real estate logistics firm focuses on process improvement using lean methodologies and change management.
In the past year, J. Kent Staffing has onboarded seven employees into this new department – four are now permanent employees of the organization, and three are currently in their temp-to-hire period.
Eve is a Colorado native and has a background in process improvement, redesign, and change management from creation of content to delivery. Most recently, she had been working remotely for a large corporate retailer but decided to look for a new Denver-based role when the new CEO required all employees to return to the office. This posed quite a logistical problem with Eve being in Colorado and the corporate office being in Seattle!
Eve is a certified Change Management Practitioner, a Human-Centered Design Practitioner and Instructor, a Lean Master, and has her Black Belt for Lean Six Sigma.
Professionally, Eve loves helping people understand and embrace change management and continuous improvement. Personally, she is a certified Doula and – to date – has helped welcome 53 babies into the world. Polka dots and salt & vinegar chips are two things that bring joy to Eve!
Sola has eight years of project management experience in a variety of industries including finance, oil & gas, and building/construction. He also has a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing, an MBA in Management Technology, and is a Certified Scrum Master.
Sola enjoys watching standup comedy and sports – particularly Chicago-based basketball and football teams. Travel is another passion of his. Before starting this new role in early March, Sola spent three weeks in England and Nigeria. But, most of all, his favorite and most important role is being a dad!
