The official results are in! J. Kent Staffing, a Gold award winner, is proud to announce that we have earned our 8^th consecutive year of “Best of Staffing” awards from both our Clients and Talent. Those with the Gold award distinction have won the Best of Staffing Award for at least 5 years in a row.

ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Award is the only award in the U.S. and Canada that recognizes staffing agencies that have proven superior service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients and placed talent.

What Were Our Ratings?

Clients (companies). We received a Net Promoter® Score (NPS) of 93.8% from our clients, which is significantly higher than the staffing industry’s average of 45%.

Talent (job seekers). Our NPS rating with job seekers we’ve placed in a temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire role was 77.8%, compared to the staffing industry’s average of just 30%.
