Employees, officers, and directors must maintain the confidentiality of all information so entrusted to them, except when disclosure is authorized or legally mandated. Confidential or proprietary information of our Company, and other companies, and J. Kent’s employer/clients include any non-public information that would be harmful to the relevant company or useful or helpful to competitors if disclosed. Confidential or proprietary information includes all non-public information relating to the Company, its business, customers or suppliers.
