The official results are in! J. Kent Staffing is proud to announce that we have won our 7^th consecutive year of “Best of Staffing” awards from both our Clients and Talent.

What Were Our Ratings?

Clients (companies). We received our highest client rating yet of 94.4% Net Promoter® Score (NPS). For comparison, the staffing industry’s average was a mere 45% in 2024.

Talent (job seekers). Our NPS rating with job seekers we’ve placed in a temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire role was 72.7%, compared to the industry’s average of just 30%.
