J. Kent Staffing Earns Best of Staffing’s Client and Talent 5-Year Diamond Awards

For the past 5 years, J. Kent Staffing has invested in third-party customer satisfaction surveys to gather and validate ratings from both our corporate clients and talent (temporary associates and placed candidates). We are very proud to announce that we have earned 5 consecutive years (Diamond status) of Best of Staffing in both categories – Client and Talent.

ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing is awarded to staffing agencies obtaining at least a 50% NPS® (Net Promoter® score). It is the nation’s only service excellence award for the staffing industry that leverages third-party validated survey responses from employment agency clients and job seekers.

How Did J. Kent Staffing Compare to Other Staffing Firms in 2022?

Clients:

• J. Kent Staffing received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 76.5% of our clients (industry average is 46%). We had no clients rate us a 6 or less in 2022.

• J. Kent Staffing received a NPS of 76.5% from our clients (significantly higher than the industry’s average of 31% in 2022).

Talent:

• J. Kent Staffing received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 87.5% of our placed job candidates (industry average is 45%). We had no talent rate us a 6 or less in 2022.

• J. Kent Staffing received a NPS of 87.5% from our Talent (industry average was a surprisingly low 19% in 2022).
