Healthcare Administrative Assistants plan, schedule, and keep track of the doctor’s appointments, manage projects, transcribe dictation, and assist doctors or scientists with reports, speeches, or articles. They may also record simple medical histories, arrange hospital admissions for patients, and order supplies as needed.
