Job Overview

Information Clerks / Concierges help both patients and hospital employees with a variety of outside services. They may arrange hotels or long-term housing for patients and their loved ones, coordinate transportation to and from airports, and assist with other arrangements including car rental, business services, personal care services, and even general tourism. Information Clerks/Concierges may also run errands or arrange for food to be delivered to the hospital.
