Job Overview

Member Services Coordinators provide member support and build relationships through communication with members.  They target potential members to increase membership, improve membership retention by highlighting the benefits of membership, and review and make recommendations regarding membership criteria, categories, and dues.  Member Services Coordinators help to develop a marketing plan for members, as well as an associated budget.  They also help to direct membership operations, including recruiting, collections, credits, and member letters, as well as financial assistance programs, and sales and retention activities.
