Job Overview

Project Assistants provide the administrative support needed to complete architecture, engineering, and design projects. These individuals help to finalize projects by producing and distributing materials, managing files, amassing data, creating reports, proofreading, conducting research, and working together with the project team.

Project Assistants are also responsible for logistics in a project, including arranging meetings, tracking schedules, and preparing any needed materials. They work under the direction of a Project Manager.
