Promotions Associates direct or assist promotions programs that combine advertising with purchasing incentives to increase sales. Often, the programs are executed through the use of direct mail, inserts in newspapers, Internet advertisements, in-store displays, product endorsements, or other special events. Purchasing incentives may include discounts, samples, gifts, rebates, coupons, sweepstakes, and contests.
Promotions Associates also support any promotional campaigns, by providing both clerical and creative support to the team. They help to create, produce and distribute coupons, posters, giveaways, and more. They also assist in gathering and organizing information for the campaign.
